News todayAvoid this exercise if you want to weight loss. In general, all sports can indeed make the body healthy and fit always. But there are some sports that do not need to be done and should be avoided, if you want to weight lose.

There are several types of exercise that is designed for the formation of muscle, not weight loss. According to Jeffrey A. Dolgan, a physiological at Canyon Ranch, Miami Beach, muscle mass is not much different heavy with fat mass, one pound of fat equals one pound of muscle, only a small volume of more muscle than fat.

This explains why when one form of muscle mass and reduce body fat, scale weight actually rose. If the purpose of exercise to lose weight, there are some movements that should be avoided or combined with other movements, as reported by She Knows.

1. Squat

Squat is a sport that requires lots of energy, and the type of compound exercises. That is, the sport is to train a number of muscles that can promote weight loss. Squat can be done if you want to build muscle buttocks, thighs and legs more beautiful. If you want to weight loss and tighten the three earlier parts of the body, can be combined with cardio exercises.

2. Side Bend

Side Bend is one type of weight training, using dumbbells and move the waist and body to the side. This exercise is useful to build muscle in the arm, so that the hands look more muscular. This exercise is not an effective way if you want to streamline the waist. Focus on cardio exercise to burn fat evenly throughout the body, or just do exercises that focus on the abdomen.

3. Bench Press & Shoulder Press

Bench press is done by lying on the catwalks and lifting barbells up and down, creating a 90 degree angle with your arms and body (when the elongated arm). This movement will build muscle in the chest and abdomen as you lower the barbell to the chest.

While the shoulder press movements more or less the same as the bench press. This exercise is more use of the deltoid muscle. Two types of training is not suitable to streamline the body, because all the sports that are ‘bodybuilder’ usually just add muscle mass.
